Refund Policy

Simply Smiles is a fee-for-service mobile dental hygiene practice. Payment is due at the time services are provided. Because dental hygiene services are personalized and clinical care is rendered at the time of the appointment, refunds are not issued for services that have already been provided.

If payment is made in advance and an appointment is cancelled with appropriate notice, any eligible refund or credit will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or inability to complete services due to inaccurate or incomplete health information may result in forfeiture of fees.

In the event of a billing error or duplicate payment, Simply Smiles will promptly review the issue and issue a correction or refund when appropriate.
