Accessibility Statement
Simply Smiles provides mobile dental hygiene services designed to improve access to care for individuals who may face barriers to receiving treatment in a traditional dental office setting. I make reasonable efforts to accommodate patients with physical, sensory, cognitive, or communication disabilities and to provide care in a respectful, comfortable, and supportive manner.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the website, have questions about accessibilty, or need assistance with scheduling, forms, or services, I encourage you to contact me. I welcome feedback and am committed to addressing accesibility concerns promptly and thoughtfully.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and I continually review the website and services to identify opportunities for improvement. While I may not every request immediately, I am dedicated to working with patients, caregfivers, and authroized respresentatives to find appropriate solutions whenever possible.
